The Entity
ARO Fund is the venture capital arm of a blockchain-native Family Office. We are builders first. We deploy our own capital, on our own timeline, into founders and ideas that the conventional venture industry routinely overlooks.
We do not offer a financial service. We build the infrastructure that supports creators. Capital is one of several instruments, alongside distribution, intellectual-property strategy, and on-chain settlement, that we extend to the builders we back.

ARO Fund is internally funded by the family. We are not accepting outside capital. Initial cheques are sized at $100,000 and under, with the underlying capacity to source minimums of $1,000,000 for select deals. Patient capital, builder-first, no fund-cycle clock.

IP Accrual and Legal Protection
A primary objective of the fund is intellectual-property accrual. ARO Fund negotiates IP ownership, either as collateral or by outright acquisition, and enforces those rights through the United States legal system. Nzagha Ventures Industrial Cluster
A permanent capital initiative located in West Africa. The cluster focuses on the vegetative propagation of the Ficus Sycamorus (Akpuru) root for the production of functional beverages (Whiskey, Beer, Tea). Long-term objective: funding PhD research into the root's phytochemical anti-cancer properties to establish a pharmacology arm.
